Questions
Do I have to change my phone number?
No. You keep your number and turn on "forward when busy or not answered" to the receptionist's number. Your phone still rings first. Turning forwarding off undoes it in a minute.
Will callers know it's AI?
Yes. Sophie introduces herself as a virtual assistant and says the call may be recorded. Callers can ask for a person at any time.
Will it quote prices or book jobs I can't do?
No. It only uses the wording you approve. It never invents prices or times; anything it can't answer becomes a callback for you.
Can it book appointments?
It sends callers your existing booking link (Housecall Pro, Jobber, Calendly and similar) by text once your business is registered with US carriers (about a week), and always says the visit is confirmed only once they finish booking. Until then, or if you have no booking tool, it takes a callback request.
What does setup involve?
A 10-minute form after you sign up. We set everything up, test it with you in a 15-minute call, and you switch on call forwarding. Usually live within one business day.
What do I pay?
$149 or $249 a month plus a one-time $199 setup. Extra minutes beyond your plan are $0.25 each. Cancel anytime.
Who sees my calls?
You and JenaTechs. You get an email per lead and can log in to see every call, summary and recording.
